Architectural Design

The founder of Nomad, Shawn Sullivan has been designing architectural projects internationally for over 30 years. Winning his first award “BBC Hot Houses” Design of the Year 2003 for a large family residence. He has been the inspiration behind many iconic buildings since then including the final design changes in the international award winning New Aloes in 2014, and concept design of Ocean Spa Plaza Gibraltar in 2019. The ability to interpret architecture is an art, to relay a client’s inspiration in to architectural form is passion. This passion has built the team that deliver projects that are timeless and elegant.
